Blue Crab with Avocado & Chili Lime Cocktail Sauce

 
Serves 12 to 24
 
1 jar cocktail sauce
1 lime, juiced
1 teaspoon chili sauce
1 pound jumbo lump crab
1 ripe avocado, diced
1 bunch cilantro
 
Place cocktail sauce in small bowl and whisk in lime juice and chili sauce. Check for salt and pepper,
 
Place a teaspoon of cocktail sauce in a wonton spoon or on a small appetizer plate and top with a tablespoon of lump crab meat. Place a teaspoon of diced avocado on top of crab. Crown the avocado with a sprig of cilantro.
