| Lindaman Estate Apple Chutney |

6 each Estate apples peeled cores and diced ¼ C. golden raisins 1 tsp. lemon zest ¾ C. white wine vinegar 1 Tbsp. lemon juice 2 oz. grated fresh ginger ¼ cup sugar Pinch fresh ground pepper Pinch Kosher salt Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan over medium heat and cook stirring gently until almost all the liquid has evaporated and the blue berries is cooked through about 6-8 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool. |
